My husband and I just moved into The Villages of Banyon Grove two weeks ago. We have been very happy with the professionalism of the Leasing Office staff, especially "Erica Nadolny" who allowed us to make at least 3 trips here prior to our move, just to take measurements of the wall space. Erica kept me calm during a very stressful move.

I felt compelled to write a review after reading the one from a year ago. I'm in the process of moving out of Banyan into a private home but I've had a great experience with the complex and the staff from day 1. The complex is clean and maintenance responds very quickly. I've never felt unsafe or unhappy with Banyan. Rent is reasonable and definitely competitive. You may find somewhere else you like more, but at the very least check it out.
