Our commitment to inclusivity is reflected in our policy with no breed restrictions, ensuring that all types of pets are welcome in our community. Residents have the pleasure of sharing their living space with up to two pets per apartment, and certain weight restrictions on specific floors allow for a diverse range of four-legged companions to join the community.

To enhance the pet-friendly experience, the Villages of Banyan Grove Apartments offer a variety of amenities catering specifically to our residents' beloved pets. From spacious walking paths to designated play areas, our community is designed to provide a comfortable and enjoyable environment for both residents and their pets. We understand the importance of fostering this bond, which is why we have a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet to contribute to the upkeep of our pet-friendly facilities. Additionally, there is a non-refundable pet fee of $425 for the first pet and $175 for the second, ensuring that our residents and their pets can fully embrace the enriching lifestyle offered at the Villages of Banyan Grove Apartments.
