We are pet-friendly at The Villages of Banyan Grove. We allow up to 2 pets in the home. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300 for the first pet and $200 for the second. The monthly pet rent is $35/month for one pet and $50/month for two pets. All pets must be approved by management; PRG reserves the right to approve or deny pet applications.

I felt compelled to write a review after reading the one from a year ago. I'm in the process of moving out of Banyan into a private home but I've had a great experience with the complex and the staff from day 1. The complex is clean and maintenance responds very quickly. I've never felt unsafe or unhappy with Banyan. Rent is reasonable and definitely competitive. You may find somewhere else you like more, but at the very least check it out.
